Guwahati: Bhutan Prime Minister Dasho Tshering Tobgay arrived in Assam on Monday, marking a significant diplomatic visit aimed at enhancing bilateral relations. Upon his arrival, he was warmly welcomed by Assam Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya and Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma at Lok Bhavan.
