Tourists have consistently complained about the poor state of the road leading to the lake. The route remains rough and difficult to navigate in several sections. Chuyachandan, a tourist from Kolkata, described the journey as physically demanding due to the deteriorated road. "The road is in a deplorable state and traveling on it can be quite exhausting. But once you reach the lake and witness its beauty, all the hardship is forgotten," he said. Heavy traffic also causes congestion on the narrow mountain road, especially during peak hours.
Lack of Mobile Connectivity
Another major issue is the absence of reliable mobile network coverage in the area. Tourists often struggle to contact family or seek help in emergencies, highlighting the urgent need for improved communication infrastructure. Local stakeholders and visitors have called on authorities to strengthen mobile networks and upgrade roads to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience.
