Jaipur: Social worker Nirmala Rawat will lead an Indian delegation to the Second Asian Paralympic Throwball Championships, scheduled to take place in Malaysia from June 1 to 5, 2026. The event will see approximately 400 athletes from various countries competing.

Indian Delegation
Nirmala Rawat, who serves as the World President of these games, is acting as the special organizer of the Indian contingent. She will be accompanied by her husband and social activist Laxman Rawat, along with Om Prakash Sharma (Chairman of Shekhawati Ayurveda Medical College, Pilani), Professor Pradeep Kumar Prajapati (Director of the All India Institute of Ayurveda), Professor Dr. Seema Sharma, Dr. Mamta Prajapati, Advocate Lalit Sharma, and social activist Mahesh Sharma. Federation Chairman Sir Vesena of Cambodia and Albert Premkumar of Coimbatore, India, will also participate.
Advocate Lalit Sharma, Public Relations Officer of the Olympic Games Throwball Federation, confirmed that around 400 athletes from multiple countries will compete in the championships.
