Weather officials noted that while there was a marginal increase in daytime temperatures compared to the readings from the previous day, the overall atmospheric conditions continued to be markedly cooler than the usual seasonal standards. The recent spell of widespread rain and thunderstorms across the entire region is identified as a primary contributor to this noticeable drop in both daytime and nighttime temperatures.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued its forecast for the coming days, predicting partly cloudy to mainly clear skies. While a gradual and steady rise in temperatures is anticipated, officials have clarified that a sharp or sudden spike in mercury levels is highly unlikely in the immediate future. The weather pattern suggests a slow return to normalcy rather than an abrupt change.
