Gandhinagar: Gujarat Governor Acharya Devvrat has announced a significant shift in his travel habits, stating that he will avoid using government helicopters and airplanes and will instead use public transport as much as possible. In a statement released on Thursday, the Governor said, "After Prime Minister Modi's appeal to minimize the use of fossil fuels considering global situations, I have decided to avoid the use of the government plane and helicopter, and use public transport as much as possible. I have also asked for downsizing of the vehicle fleet used for me. I appeal to others to follow the Prime Minister's appeal."
