Patna Sunshine to Continue, Temperatures to Rise Gradually

Sunny Days Continue in Patna with Gradual Temperature Rise Expected

Patna residents are basking in consistent sunshine as the Indian Meteorological Department forecasts clear skies to persist across Bihar. Meteorologists confirm no major changes in minimum and maximum temperatures over the next three days, followed by a gradual and steady rise.

Weather Pattern Brings Relief from Winter Chill

The weather pattern promises increasing daytime warmth, offering further relief from peak winter conditions. However, the IMD issued a caution about dense fog possibly prevailing at one or two places in West Champaran, East Champaran and Gopalganj districts.

Sanjay Kumar, a meteorologist at IMD Patna, stated clearly that dry weather will continue. "The weather will remain dry, and there is no prediction of rain in the state for the next seven days," Kumar confirmed.

Residents Embrace Return to Normal Routines

Local residents expressed visible relief at the return of sunshine and its impact on daily life. Sushil Kumar, a 44-year-old regular morning walker, shared his enthusiasm. "I am so relieved that Patna is no longer experiencing that dense, bone-chilling fog in the mornings. The bright sun has finally returned, and it feels wonderful to get back to my daily morning walk routine without any hesitation," he said.

Anu Kumari, a homemaker living on Boring Road, noted how the easing cold transformed family mornings. "Winters are usually very difficult for my children as they do not like waking up in the cold, and it becomes a hassle to get them ready for school. But now, the weather is so pleasant that they have their breakfast on the balcony, soak up the sun, and then leave for school feeling completely energised," she explained.

Outdoor Activities Resume Across the City

Priya, spotted walking her dog near S K Puri Park, described how weather improvements allowed regular outdoor activity to resume. "I did not take my dog outside for almost a month because I wanted to avoid exposure to the cold and fog. Now I am finally able to walk him regularly. This is his only form of exercise, so it is important for his health that he gets these walks," she emphasized.

Official Temperature Data from Friday

According to official meteorological data, Patna recorded specific temperatures on Friday:
