An FIR has been registered against the unidentified trader under BNS Section 352 (intentional insult with intent to provoke a breach of peace) and the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
Incident Details
The incident took place at Muniyappa Layout, KR Pura II Stage, around 8:30 am on April 25. A video of the attack shows the tender coconut seller entering the compound of a house with a sickle in hand.
