Medical and Legal Proceedings

Police reported that Rajak's family brought his body to MMCH Daltonganj, where doctors declared him brought dead. However, the family later refused a post-mortem examination in writing and took the body back. Mahender, in-charge of the police chowki at MMCH, confirmed this sequence of events. He stated, "The family brought the body here, but when the doctor declared him brought dead, the family took the body back without post-mortem."

In contrast, Dukhi Bhuiyan's family did not bring his body to MMCH Daltonganj. Investigators have ruled out any foul play in the incident. An unnatural death (UD) case has been registered at Bishrampur police station.

The authorities are continuing their investigation, though no further details have been released at this time.
