Ukraine Drone Strike Kills 7 in Bus Attack in Donetsk

Ukraine has carried out what many are calling its most audacious attack on Russia yet. A passenger bus traveling from Moscow to Crimea's Simferopol was struck in a deadly drone attack in the Russian-controlled Donetsk People's Republic, according to Russian officials.

Attack Details

Local governor Denis Pushilin stated that the attack occurred in the town of Enakievo, killing at least seven people and injuring 11 others. Pushilin blamed Ukraine for the strike, labeling it an act of “inhumane aggression.”

Russian Defense Response

Earlier, Russia’s Defence Ministry claimed its air defenses intercepted 345 Ukrainian drones across multiple regions, including Moscow, Crimea, and areas bordering Ukraine. This incident marks one of the largest drone offensives by Ukraine since the conflict began.
