Nuclear Powers Bear Special Responsibility
Putin emphasized that Russia and the United States, as the world's two largest nuclear powers, bear a special responsibility for maintaining international security and stability. He expressed optimism about the future of bilateral ties and called for the establishment of constructive, equitable, and mutually beneficial relations between Moscow and Washington to serve the interests not only of their peoples but also of the entire international community.
