The service supports a range of healthcare needs, from urgent health concerns to routine preventive checks, and is designed to benefit elderly patients, caregivers, families with young children, and working professionals.
Vishal Mehta, an early user from Ahmedabad, described his blood test experience as fast, reliable, accurate, and convenient, comparing it to quick-commerce platforms like Zepto and Blinkit. He expressed hope for expansion to other Gujarat cities.
