Manchala spent several years in the software industry across India and the United States, managing large-scale enterprise technology projects and training hundreds of business users in multiple countries. Despite achieving professional success and financial stability, he felt a growing desire to create meaningful impact in India. This led him to found Dr.WELLNESSON, a brand focused on healthy snacks, millet products, protein-rich foods, cold-pressed oils, and daily nutrition items.
Overcoming Pandemic Setbacks
The entrepreneurial journey was fraught with challenges. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company faced significant business disruptions, operational hurdles, and financial losses. After exhausting substantial personal savings, Manchala returned to Peddapalli to rebuild from scratch.
