This first-of-its-kind gathering, organized by the horticulture directorate of the state's agriculture department, represents a significant milestone in Bihar's agricultural evolution.

Bihar Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar, addressing the inaugural ceremony, highlighted the remarkable progress of Bihar's farming community. "Farmers in Bihar have achieved greater prosperity with steadily rising incomes," Kumar stated. He emphasized that combining animal husbandry and horticulture with conventional farming could further elevate economic conditions across rural communities.
Kumar elaborated on the broader implications, noting, "Such forward-thinking events will accelerate horticulture development throughout our state, directly contributing to enhanced farm revenues.
