Raghunath Rapeen, founder of KAARV, had spent nearly two years refining his patented healthcare innovation after returning from the United Kingdom. The breakthrough came when he joined Sundeep Makthala's global ecosystem, participating in the Explore to Expand international business missions. These missions took him to Singapore and the UAE, where he engaged with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the High Commission of India, and leading innovation hubs.

Within a span of just 30 days, Rapeen's journey culminated in an international investment commitment valued at USD 4 million.
