The project has been awarded by M/s. Auroma Soft Resorts and Hotels Private Limited. The scope includes execution of civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for a 71-room Taj Vivanta hotel located at Lally Tollendal Street, Pondicherry 605001. The order value is Rs 42.50 crore (including GST), with an execution timeline set for December 2027.
