The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has officially released the GUJCET 2026 result today, May 4, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) can now access and download their scorecards from the official website at gseb.org.
How to Check GUJCET 2026 Result
To view the result, candidates need to visit the official website and enter their 6-digit seat number on the login page. The scorecard displays essential information such as the candidate's name, seat number, group, subject-wise marks, total marks obtained, total marks of the question paper, and percentile rank.
Follow these steps to download the scorecard:
- Visit the official website gseb.org.
- Click on the 'GUJCET Result 2026' link on the homepage.
- Enter your 6-digit seat number.
- Click on the 'Go' button.
- Your result will appear on the screen.
- Download and take a printout for future reference.
In case of heavy traffic on the main website, candidates can also check their results through the alternate website result.gseb.org.
Exam Details and Merit List
The GUJCET 2026 examination was conducted on March 29 for more than 2.65 lakh candidates across Gujarat. The final answer key was released earlier on April 13. According to official updates, the GUJCET 2026 merit list will be announced on June 12.
Purpose of GUJCET
The GUJCET exam is conducted for admission to undergraduate programs such as Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Bachelor of Engineering (BE), and Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharma) in government and private colleges in Gujarat. Candidates who qualify in the exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling process for admission to various engineering and pharmacy courses across the state.
