A major controversy has erupted around NEET UG 2026 after Rajasthan-based whistleblower Shashikant Suthar alleged that a viral PDF contained exact questions from the examination. Speaking from Sikar, Suthar claimed that after analysing the NEET paper on May 3, he discovered that all 45 Chemistry questions in a viral PDF matched the actual exam questions verbatim. He further alleged that a Biology PDF also showed strong similarities with the exam content.
Whistleblower's Actions
Suthar said the matter was immediately reported to the administration, and emails were sent to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and the Ministry of Education. According to him, authorities responded swiftly and initiated action against those allegedly involved.
Concerns Over Exam Integrity
The allegations have once again raised serious concerns over the integrity and security of competitive examinations in India. This incident comes amid previous controversies surrounding paper leaks, prompting calls for stricter measures to safeguard the examination process.
The NTA has not yet issued an official statement regarding the allegations. Further investigations are expected to determine the authenticity of the claims and identify any lapses in the system.
