Delhi University has commenced Phase 2 of its undergraduate admissions for the 2026 academic session, enabling candidates who completed Phase 1 registration to select their preferred colleges and programmes. The preference selection window is open until July 11, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
Eligibility and Preference Selection Process
Only candidates who registered in Phase 1 can participate in Phase 2. They must map their Class 12 subjects to the corresponding CUET-UG 2026 subjects. After mapping, candidates fill and prioritize programme-college combinations without any limit. For instance, BA Programme offers 150 combinations, while 73 undergraduate programmes are available overall.
Simulated Ranks and Preference Changes
Simulated ranks will be displayed on July 12, followed by a preference change window from July 12 to July 13. This allows candidates to adjust their preferences based on their simulated standing.
Seat Allocation Timeline
The first CSAS allocation list will be released on July 16, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Subsequent rounds are scheduled for July 25. Fee payment deadlines follow each round. According to DU officials, admissions are based solely on CUET-UG 2026 scores, with programme-specific eligibility and subject requirements.
