How to Check Maharashtra HSC Result 2026
To access the result, students need to visit the official website mahresult.nic.in. On the homepage, click on the link for 'Maharashtra HSC Result 2026'. Enter the required credentials such as seat number and mother's first name. The result will be displayed on the screen. Candidates are advised to download and take a printout of the scorecard for future reference.
Pass Percentage and Statistics
This year, the overall pass percentage for the Maharashtra HSC examination stands at 91.25%, marking a slight increase from the previous year. A total of 14,25,000 students appeared for the exams, out of which 13,00,000 have successfully cleared. Girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 93.5%, while boys achieved 89.2%.
Subject-wise Performance
In the science stream, the pass percentage is 94.8%, followed by commerce at 92.1% and arts at 87.6%. The Konkan division recorded the highest pass percentage at 96.2%, while the Aurangabad division recorded the lowest at 84.5%.
Supplementary Exams
Students who could not clear the examination need not worry. The Maharashtra Board will conduct supplementary exams in July 2026. The application process for the same will begin shortly on the official website. Candidates are advised to keep checking the board's website for updates.
