The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by the soulful rendition of Saraswati Vandana. Geeta Sharma, Deputy Advocate General of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, delivered the keynote address. She spoke eloquently on the evolving role of teachers in an era of rapid technological advancement, emphasizing the need for adaptability and continuous learning.

Session on Moral and Ethical Values

The second session was conducted by Mrs. Dhamija, a retired Professor from MCM DAV College. She delivered a thought-provoking lecture on the vital role of teachers in instilling moral and ethical values among students, highlighting how educators can shape character alongside academic knowledge.

The post-lunch session was led by PS Khimta, Principal of Sharda Sarvhitkari Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 40-D, Chandigarh.
