AP SSC Hall Tickets 2026: Board Issues Clarification on Official Release

The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh, has issued a crucial clarification regarding the status of hall tickets for the SSC Public Examinations scheduled for March 2026. In an official statement, the Board confirmed that the hall tickets will be officially released this week exclusively through notified platforms, addressing confusion caused by an earlier report.

Response to Misleading Report

This clarification comes in response to a report by The Times of India, which incorrectly stated that AP SSC 2026 hall tickets had already been released on the Board’s website. At the time of the report, download links were active, but they were subsequently removed. On March 2, 2026, the Board issued a formal statement to set the record straight and prevent misinformation among students and stakeholders.

Authorised Platforms for Hall Ticket Access

In its detailed statement, the Board informed heads of recognised high schools, students, parents, and other stakeholders that hall tickets for the examinations commencing on March 16, 2026, will be officially released this week. The Board has specified three authorised sources for downloading hall tickets:

  • The official website: www.bse.ap.gov.in
  • The WhatsApp Governance Mana Mitra Service at number 9552300009
  • The LEAP application of the School Education Department

Students have been strongly advised to download their hall tickets only through these channels or obtain them directly from their respective Head Masters. The Board has explicitly stated that it has not authorised any private or third-party websites to host or facilitate the download of SSC hall tickets. Any other website offering such services is to be treated as unauthorised and potentially fraudulent.

Instructions for Schools and Examination Details

Heads of schools have been directed to circulate this information among all candidates and ensure that hall tickets are accessed solely through the notified platforms. This measure aims to maintain security and prevent any disruptions in the examination process.

As previously reported, the SSC examinations are scheduled to take place from March 16 to April 1, 2026. The hall tickets will cover various categories of candidates, including regular, private, OSSC, OSSC private, and vocational students, with separate download links provided for each group.

Download Process and Verification Guidelines

Candidates will be required to log in using their credentials and complete captcha verification to access and print their admit cards. It is mandatory for students to carry a printed hall ticket along with their school identity card to the examination centre to gain entry.

The hall ticket includes essential details such as the candidate’s name, parents’ names, date of birth, district, gender, school name, examination centre, medium of instruction, timetable, and important instructions. For the first time, nominal roll data has been sourced from the UDISE portal to ensure accuracy.

School heads have been instructed to verify all particulars on the hall tickets. A correction window will remain open until March 31, 2026, allowing for any discrepancies to be rectified. Additionally, corrections may also be made at the stage of issuing the marks memo to ensure all records are accurate.

This proactive approach by the Andhra Pradesh Board aims to streamline the examination process and provide clear guidance to all involved parties, ensuring a smooth and organised conduct of the SSC Public Examinations in 2026.
