In a remarkable achievement, Ayesha Karim, a Class IV student at Sarala Birla Gyan Jyoti in Amingaon, Guwahati, has brought immense pride to her school and the state of Assam by being selected among the prestigious Veergatha 5.0 Super 100 winners. This national-level competition, organized by the Government of India, honors students who creatively celebrate the bravery of India's armed forces.

Ayesha earned this recognition through her powerful and emotive sketch that vividly portrays the exceptional valour and courage of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, Ashok Chakra recipient, during the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. Her artwork masterfully captures the spirit of sacrifice and bravery displayed by the Indian Army officer, leaving a strong and lasting impression on the competition jury.
