MAHA TET 2025 Results Announced: Access Scores and Re-evaluation Process
The Maharashtra State Examination Council in Pune has officially released the results for the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (MAHA TET) 2025. Candidates who took Paper 1 and Paper 2 can now view their outcomes by visiting the official website, mahatet.in.
How to Check Your MAHA TET 2025 Results
To access your results, log into mahatet.in using your username and password. Once logged in, you can download your MAHA TET 2025 scorecard. This document contains crucial information such as your name, roll number, registration number, photograph, marks for each paper, overall score, and qualifying status.
It is important to keep a copy of this scorecard for future use in recruitment or eligibility processes.
Re-evaluation and Objection Window Details
Candidates who are not satisfied with their MAHATET 2025 scores have the option to request a re-evaluation or raise objections. You must submit your requests through the official portal using your login credentials.
The objection window is open from January 16 to January 21, 2026, until 6 pm. Submissions made through any other method will not be accepted. The final answer key for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 was published on January 12, 2026.
The MAHATET 2025 exam was conducted on November 23, 2025.
Qualifying Marks and Certificate Validity
MAHA TET 2025 has set specific qualifying marks. General category candidates need to score at least 50 per cent to pass. For candidates belonging to EWS, OBC, SC, and ST categories, the qualifying mark is 45 per cent.
Candidates who meet these cut-offs will receive the MAHA TET certificate. This certificate has lifetime validity and serves as proof of teacher eligibility under current recruitment rules.
Next Steps for Qualified Candidates
After certification, candidates must register on the Pavitra Portal. Their MAHA TET 2025–26 marks will automatically sync using their registration ID. Those who make it to the final merit list can apply for teaching positions across Maharashtra.
However, institutions may conduct additional selection stages, such as interviews or document verification, before confirming appointments.
