Allu Aravind and Sneha Reddy Extend Support to Sritej's Family

Allu Aravind and Sneha Reddy recently visited the residence of young Sritej, who was severely injured during a stampede at the premiere event of Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' in Hyderabad. The family is still grappling with the aftermath of the tragic incident.

During the visit, as reported by Money Control, they inquired about Sritej's health and spent time with his family members. They offered emotional reassurance and assured the family of continued support throughout the child's recovery process.

Educational Assistance Promised

Allu Aravind promised educational assistance for Sritej's younger sister. He reportedly told the family, “Study well, I will bear all the expenses for your education.”

Reports suggest that the Allu family, along with the production banner associated with Pushpa, has been helping with Sritej's medical treatment expenses since the incident. The family had previously received financial assistance, and support continues as Sritej undergoes rehabilitation and long-term medical care.

Fan Page Shares Video from Visit

A fan page dedicated to Allu Arjun shared visuals from the visit on social media. The post read, “Allu Aravind garu and Allu Sneha garu personally visited Sri Tej’s residence today, extending their heartfelt support and assuring the family of their unwavering, lifelong support.”

Father's Previous Statement

According to reports by TOI City, Sritej suffered injuries during the stampede at Sandhya Theatre on December 4. After nearly five months in intensive care, he was discharged in April and moved to a rehabilitation centre in Ramgopalpet for continued neurological treatment.

Earlier in 2025, his father Mogadampalli Bhaskar told TOI City: “There has barely been any improvement in his health. My son still struggles to recognise us. He mostly just stares, with very little emotion on his face. He is currently undergoing speech and swallowing therapy. We are holding on to hope for his recovery.”

Sritej was initially admitted to the emergency department in a semi-conscious condition. He remained unconscious for a prolonged period and developed respiratory failure and severe neurological complications, requiring ventilator support for several weeks.
