Renowned actor Anupam Kher is celebrating a significant milestone in his theatrical career with the world premiere of his new play, 'Jaane Pehchane Anjane'. Taking to his social media platforms, Kher made a proud announcement that the play will debut on April 12, 2026, at the iconic National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) in Mumbai.

In his heartfelt post, Kher expressed immense delight, stating, "PROUD ANNOUNCEMENT! I am delighted to announce the WORLD PREMIERE of my new play, #JaanePehchaneAnjane, on 12th April 2026 at the iconic NCPA, Mumbai." He emphasized that this musical production, led by the legendary composer Anu Malik and written and directed by the brilliant Gajendra Ahire, has been a "labour of love for a long time." Kher highlighted that every moment, note, and word has been meticulously crafted with passion and purpose.

He credited the space not just for providing a stage but for giving him hope, where he met producers, directors, and fellow dreamers, discovering a part of himself he never knew existed.
