Actor Bobby Deol, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film 'Bandar', has revealed that he set aside his inhibitions and approached the project with a fearless attitude. Directed by Anurag Kashyap and written by Sudip Sharma and Abhishek Banerjee, the film is one of the most anticipated releases of 2026.
Sudip Sharma, known for critically acclaimed works like 'Paatal Lok', 'Kohrra', and 'Udta Punjab', also recently directed 'Kohrra 2', which garnered widespread appreciation from critics. Speaking about the film, Bobby Deol shared his thoughts on stepping out of his comfort zone. He said, "Every actor wants to do something different because an image is set and it becomes very difficult to break out of it. We often get typecast. I went through that phase as well. But now, I can confidently say that working on this film was entirely outside my comfort zone. I kept my shyness aside and did this film shamelessly."
Coming off a series of impactful performances, Bobby Deol takes on the lead role in this intense drama. The film is produced by Nikhil Dwivedi and backed by Zee Studios.
