Once out of sight, Jayaram boasts to his son, "She didn't even realise that I am drunk. That's acting!" Kalidas quickly replies, "She didn't realise I am drunk either; that too is acting." Their confidence is amusing, but the reality is far from convincing.
As Jayaram heads towards the room, he almost takes a wrong turn. His wife shouts "Right" from behind, correcting him. In the background, Kalidas wears sunglasses and tries to climb the stairs, adding to the comedic chaos. The mother sums it up perfectly, exclaiming to her daughter, "Chugs cheap booze, stumbles in on shaky legs, and apparently that's acting."
A Long-Awaited Reunion
This film marks a special reunion for the father-son duo. They last shared screen space in Ente Veedu Appuvinteyum back in 2003, directed by Sibi Malayil. Before that, they worked together in Sathyan Anthikad's Kochu Kochu Santhoshangal in 2000. Fans have been eagerly waiting to see them together again, and Ashakal Aayiram promises to deliver that joy.
