Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and actress Nayanthara are set to collaborate on a new film directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The announcement has already generated excitement among fans, and now, according to recent reports, the makers have finalized the film's title.
Expected Title of the Film
According to a report by Dainik Bhaskar, the film is expected to be titled 'The Messengers'. The report also suggests that the movie is being crafted as an action thriller with a spy backdrop. Unlike Salman Khan's previous spy films where he played the character Tiger, this upcoming movie is reported to be more intense and distinct.
Shooting Officially Begins
The shooting for the film has officially commenced. The team recently completed a shooting schedule in Mumbai. After wrapping up work there, the makers are now planning to move to Manali for the next phase of filming.
Cast of the Film
In addition to the star-studded lead pair, the film also features Rajpal Yadav in a significant role. The actor is widely loved for his comedic characters and impeccable timing. However, reports indicate that this film will showcase a very different side of his acting abilities. Rajpal is expected to portray a multi-layered character in the movie, moving beyond just comedy. The makers reportedly want him to explore serious emotions as well. Earlier, in the 2024 film 'Apurva' starring Tara Sutaria, Rajpal Yadav played a gangster role that was praised by the audience.
While Salman Khan and Nayanthara have been confirmed for the lead roles, the makers have yet to announce the villain. Reports suggest that the team is considering two strong actors for the antagonist role. The names being discussed are Akshaye Khanna and Fahadh Faasil. However, the makers have not officially confirmed anyone yet.
