"I have always been a fan of feel-good cinema, such as 'Yaaradi Nee Mohini' and 'Santhosh Subramaniam.' My inaugural directorial venture is also a feel-good family drama," he shared.
Edavan revealed that after considerable brainstorming, the creative team unanimously agreed that the word 'Hi' perfectly encapsulated the essence of the narrative. "In our everyday lives, it is virtually impossible to navigate through a single day without uttering the word 'Hi.' It is a simple, natural term that resonates with everyone," he explained. This profound insight ultimately guided the team to finalize the title, emphasizing its everyday significance and emotional accessibility.
Nayanthara's Integral Role: From Lead Actress to Producer
Vishnu Edavan also provided insights into his collaboration with the acclaimed actress Nayanthara, who plays the female lead in 'Hi'.
