DaBaby and Clavicular Clash at Miami Nightclub Over Firearms

A public disagreement between streamer Clavicular and rapper DaBaby has become one of the most talked-about moments online this week. The incident occurred on May 27, 2026, at Bacara nightclub in Miami, a venue co-owned by Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, and music manager Wack 100. Videos shared online showed Clavicular attempting to halt DaBaby's performance during a packed event at the club. The clips quickly spread across social media platforms, sparking intense debate among fans. Shortly afterward, DJ Akademiks addressed the situation during a livestream on Rumble and issued a warning to the young streamer.

Clavicular Explains the Incident

According to Clavicular, the conflict began when he learned that individuals associated with DaBaby had allegedly brought firearms into the nightclub. He stated that this violated the venue's strict no-firearm policy. Although he was displeased with the situation, he explained that the event had already been heavily promoted, making it difficult to cancel everything immediately.

DJ Akademiks Weighs In

During his livestream, DJ Akademiks suggested that dealing with established rap artists is vastly different from handling internet personalities. He told Clavicular that DaBaby was “not one of the th*ts on the yacht” and described the rapper as a “bad man.” Akademiks said: “You can’t tell him like these th*ts you got in your stream, get the f**k out of here. You can’t kick DaBaby out. Listen, the last n**a who tried to kick DaBaby out of Aisle 6 never left the Aisle 6.” He continued: “I’m just gonna tell you that, Clav. The last n**a who tried to kick DaBaby out of Aisle 6, he ain’t left Aisle 6. He’s still a ghost in Aisle 6. Just keep that in mind, Clav. We love you, but don’t play with that man. That man is a bad man. He’s not one of the th*ts on the yacht.”

DaBaby Continues Performing Amid Confrontation

The viral videos captured the tension inside the club as events unfolded. In one clip, DaBaby asked Clavicular if everything was okay. Clavicular replied that things were not okay and appeared to attempt ending the performance. Another video showed Clavicular arguing with someone from DaBaby's group, heard saying: “Who the f**k are you? Baby’s brother? Get the f**k out of here, right now. Get him out. Get out.” At another point, Clavicular placed a hand on DaBaby's shoulder while speaking to him, appearing upset and accusing people around the rapper of being disrespectful. Despite the confrontation, DaBaby continued performing and did not leave the stage.

Clavicular's Recent Legal Troubles

The incident comes just weeks after Clavicular faced legal issues in Florida. Court records show that the 20-year-old pleaded no contest on May 15 to a misdemeanor charge related to a firearm incident involving a dead alligator at the Francis Taylor Everglades Wildlife Management Area. He received six months of probation, 20 hours of community service that cannot be streamed or monetized, and was ordered to complete a firearm safety course.
