"He psychologically harmed me by devaluing me after saying great things about me for a while," she revealed. "It took many, many months down the road. He started with insults. Criticising my body. Telling me what to do with my body."
The manipulation reached disturbing levels when Epstein repeatedly told the 21-year-old Oh that she was "too old"—despite being 47 himself at the time. "So you could just imagine a 21-year-old being told that she's too old," Oh noted, highlighting the absurd cruelty of Epstein's tactics.

A trip to Florida marked the moment when Oh fully recognized Epstein's true nature. "There was a turning point where I knew that it was absolutely dark," she recalled. "It was during a trip when I accompanied him and another girl to Florida. And there are things that he told me during that trip that were probably one of his darkest secrets."
When Oh repeated this secret to another girl, who then informed Epstein, the situation turned dangerous. "He threatened me," Oh said. "After that, I felt like I couldn't leave, even if I wanted to." This moment cemented her feeling of being trapped within Epstein's control.
Leverage and Surveillance: How Epstein Maintained Control
Epstein held significant leverage over Oh's life through multiple means. While she clarifies he never directly blackmailed her, Epstein exploited her immigration status and connections. "At the time, I didn't have my permanent residency," Oh shared. "And he had told me previously that he knew everyone in Washington. And due to that, I knew that all he had to do was make a phone call."
The control extended to surveillance and personal threats. "If I ever spoke up, I knew he would hurt me in many ways," Oh explained. "He also knew where I lived, where my parents lived. And I do have evidence that he most likely had people follow me around. I think he also did this with a lot of the other girls."
The Violent Final Encounter and Eventual Escape
Their final meeting turned physically violent, prompting Oh's decisive escape. "I think the last time I saw him, he was very violent," she recounted. "And that was the last time I saw him. I just never went back. I didn't answer phone calls."
