The actor took to social media and shared a heartfelt video, opening up about his memories of Shefali and the bond he believes continues beyond physical existence.

Parag Tyagi Announces 21-Day Sadhana

During the video message, Parag revealed that he has embarked on a 21-day spiritual practice. According to him, the sadhana began on the day marking Shefali's first death anniversary in the Hindu calendar. Explaining the purpose behind the spiritual journey, Parag said that he wishes to dedicate all the positive energy and blessings generated through the practice to Shefali.

Speaking about the decision, he said, "Today, according to the Hindu Panchang, it has been a year since Pari left her physical form. From today, I have started a new 21-day sadhana in Brahma Muhurat. All the sadhanas I have done so far have had only one resolution, that whatever virtue, light, or fruit comes from them should first be attained by Pari."

Belief in an Eternal Bond

Parag also shared his thoughts on love, spirituality and the connection he continues to feel with Shefali. He spoke about his belief that true relationships extend beyond the physical world. The actor expressed confidence that Shefali's presence remains with those who loved her. He encouraged admirers to continue remembering her with affection and prayers.

Reflecting on the bond he shares with her, Parag said, "This sadhana also carries the same resolution. Everyone thinks love comes from the body, but I believe love is not from the body, it is from the soul. And a relationship with the soul never breaks. That is why she is still with us. I feel it, and I am sure all of you feel it too. Just as you loved Pari before, continue to love her and pray for her."

Over the past year, Parag has repeatedly remembered Shefali through various initiatives and personal tributes. He has often shared messages dedicated to her and participated in activities that celebrate her life and values.
