Suniel Shetty Admits Pre-Release Fear Never Goes Away

Suniel Shetty, who has acted in more than 100 films, has confessed that the nervousness surrounding a film's release never truly disappears. As he prepares for his upcoming comedy drama 'Welcome to the Jungle', the actor shared his feelings about the movie, which boasts one of the largest ensemble casts in recent Bollywood history. Let's explore what he has to say in detail.

Suniel Shetty Admits Pre-Release Fear Never Goes Away

Despite decades of experience, Suniel Shetty said that the anxiety that accompanies every Friday release remains very much alive. Speaking to ANI, the actor was candid about the emotional uncertainty that even seasoned stars feel when a new project approaches its box office verdict. He stated, "Yes, absolutely. Everything is connected to it. A film's success is tied to its box office performance. One Friday you may be on top, and the next Friday you may not. So yes, there's always excitement, anxiety, tension, and nervous anticipation."

Suniel Shetty Says Stellar Cast Adds a Safety Net

Suniel Shetty also acknowledged that 'Welcome to the Jungle' carries a significant advantage: its extraordinary cast. He said, "That said, this film has an incredible ensemble cast: Akshay, Paresh ji, Johnny bhai, Arshad, Tusshar, Shreyas, Daler paaji, and many others. There's a certain safety net that comes with having such talented people together."

But when the audience watches it on Friday, their perspective can be completely different."
