After the grand premiere episode, Comedy Cooks has entered the competition phase. In the recent episode, the cooks were given a variety of tasks that not only tested their culinary skills but also their survival instincts.
Theme Reveal: Pride of Kerala
The episode began with the announcement of the week's theme. Both the cooks and the pookies were assigned the theme 'Pride of Kerala,' which was reflected in their costumes and characters. While cooks donned traditional attire, pookies portrayed iconic fictional characters such as Kalliyamkattu Neeli, Unniyarcha, Perumthachan, and others. When the cooks got the opportunity to select their pookies through a carrom board game, the resulting combinations added significant entertainment to the stage.
Advantage Task: Bullseye on an Iron Box
Later, the contestants were introduced to the advantage task of the day. According to the task, participants had to hit a bullseye on an iron box. Yes, that was the challenge! The team that scored the highest number of bullseyes would win the game. In the first round, the cooks were required to hold the iron box while the pookies did the cooking. It was indeed hilarious to watch the pookies attempt to make perfect eggs under such circumstances. In the next round, the cooks were given the chance to cook, and many of them successfully completed the task.
Undoubtedly, the entertainer of the day was Nevin. The pookie, who portrayed Kalliyankattu Neeli, entertained everyone with his wit and humor. Nevin was also seen employing his well-known tactics of stealing food on the floor.
Judgment and Winners
After the judgment, judges Chef Nalan and actress Bhavana declared contestants Suchithra Nair and Subin as the winners of the round. They were crowned the Bullseye King and Queen of Comedy Cooks.
