A 32-year-old man from Haryana died of suspected cardiac arrest while jogging in Deoghar on Friday. The deceased, identified as Abhishek Kumar, hailed from Panipat and worked at a local company in Deoghar. He lived in an apartment with his wife under the Kunda police station limits, a police officer said.
Incident at KKN Stadium
Kumar was a regular visitor to KKN Stadium, which falls under the Town police station limits. Eyewitnesses reported that Kumar arrived early for his daily workout on Friday. “Abhishek collapsed suddenly while jogging. Everyone nearby tried their best to save him. People immediately gathered and rushed him to the hospital, but unfortunately, it was too late,” said an eyewitness.
Police Investigation
A case of unnatural death has been registered, and further investigation is underway. The police are awaiting the post-mortem report to confirm the exact cause of death.
