Government's Direct Appeal to Private Healthcare
The appeal was made directly by Punjab's Health Minister, Dr Balbir Singh, during a crucial meeting held on Tuesday. The meeting took place at the office of the State Health Agency (SHA) in Chandigarh. Dr Singh was accompanied by key officials including Principal Secretary (Health and Family Welfare) Kumar Rahul and SHA CEO Sanyam Aggarwal. Representatives from numerous prominent private hospitals were present to discuss the partnership.
