Speakers from the department of Niswanwa Qabalat, including Prof Subohi Mustafa and Prof Syed Tariq Murtaza, detailed how structured physical positioning aids pre- and post-natal recovery, accompanied by yogic demonstrations by Aushaf Ahmad.
