Hubballi Prepares for Spectacular 7th International Kite Festival and Cultural Extravaganza
The vibrant city of Hubballi is set to host the much-anticipated 7th International Kite Festival alongside the Sansad Samskrutika Utsav, a grand cultural celebration presented by Union Minister Pralhad Joshi. This two-day event will unfold on February 7 and 8 at a prime location near Oxford College on Kusugal Road, promising a dazzling display of creativity and tradition.
