Violent clashes erupted between workers of the All India United Front (AJUP) and the Trinamool Congress (TMC) in Murshidabad district on Tuesday, just months ahead of the 2026 West Bengal assembly elections. The incident took place in the Jiaganj area, where both parties were holding separate political meetings.
