The Public Works Department (PWD) has been allocated a budget of Rs 4.64 crore for this project, which was sanctioned as part of broader road-strengthening initiatives within the Lucknow administrative division. The proposal was submitted by Sarojininagar MLA Rajeshwar Singh and received the state government's go-ahead, highlighting a collaborative effort between local representatives and administrative bodies to address urban traffic issues.

According to officials, the new ramp is designed to seamlessly connect Bijnor Road to Shaheed Path, based on thorough traffic assessments and catchment area analyses. Key benefits include:
