Violent Clash Outside Ahmedabad School Injures Three Students

A violent altercation erupted outside a private school in Ahmedabad on Monday, leaving three students injured. The incident occurred just after an examination concluded, according to police reports.

CCTV Footage Captures Stick Fight

Security cameras recorded the entire brawl, which took place approximately 200 meters from the school premises. The footage clearly shows a group of students fighting with sticks. Police stated this violent outbreak resulted from an earlier argument between one student from each side.

A police team responded quickly to the scene and initiated an immediate investigation. Officers identified all twelve minors involved in the altercation. Authorities transported the three injured students from the particular school to a hospital for medical treatment. School administration arranged their care. Police detained the other nine students involved in the incident.

Attempt to Murder Charges Considered

Assistant Commissioner of Police JD Brahmbhatt from the 'A' Division of Ahmedabad City Police confirmed authorities will likely file an FIR against the accused juveniles. The charges may include attempt to murder. Police continue their investigation into the matter.

District Education Officer Rohit Chaudhary requested detailed information about the incident from school management. Preliminary findings indicate a Class X student suffered an attack while leaving school after completing an exam. The student sustained a head injury but received treatment and has been discharged from hospital.

"School trustees have been contacted and asked to submit a comprehensive report," Chaudhary explained. "Current information suggests this was an internal feud, and those who attacked are not students of this school. We will gain clearer understanding once the school provides its official response."

School Takes Disciplinary Action

School management has reprimanded both the students involved in the brawl and their parents. One trustee described the sequence of events: "A fight initially broke out between two groups as students were leaving. One student then called outsiders to the location. The conflict reignited, resulting in a boy being struck on the head with a stick. His condition is now stable and safe."

The trustee continued, "We have called the students and their parents, issued reprimands, and urged them to inform school authorities first if any similar issues arise in the future."

School authorities have implemented additional safety measures following this incident. They will now deploy teachers within 200 meters of the school gate during both dismissal and commencement times to monitor student behavior and prevent future conflicts.
