Channapatna Town Police have arrested a rowdy-sheeter for allegedly blackmailing Channapatna tahsildar BN Girish with a nude video and demanding Rs 10 lakh. The arrest was made following a complaint filed by the tahsildar, according to police officials.

He then used this video to threaten Girish, demanding a ransom of Rs 10 lakh to prevent its public release. The tahsildar approached the police after receiving the extortion threat.
