On Thursday afternoon, he was waiting for passengers with his auto at the Indra Nagar auto stand when the accused, a man named Shannu, arrived and demanded that Naimullah remove his vehicle from the spot.
Shannu allegedly claimed he intended to set up a shop at the location, but Naimullah objected, stating that it was an auto stand and not suitable for commercial shops. This disagreement quickly escalated into a heated argument, with Shannu beginning to verbally abuse the auto driver.
