However, the alert daughter noticed suspicious movements and heard the distinct sound of metal being tampered with. Displaying remarkable presence of mind, she did not panic. Instead, she raised a loud alarm, which immediately alerted neighbours. The commotion caused the masked men to abandon their plan and flee the scene before they could even step inside the house.
