In a shocking incident, the bodies of a young man and a woman were discovered hanging from a tree along the banks of the Dhobalai River in Jaipur on Wednesday. The grim discovery has sent ripples through the local community and prompted a detailed police investigation.
Details of the Discovery
Police officials confirmed that the deceased have been identified as Narendra and Neelam. They were found suspended from the same tree, with nooses tied around their necks. The site, near the Dhobalai River, quickly became the focus of a major police operation.
A team from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) was immediately dispatched to the location to meticulously collect evidence. The bodies were subsequently sent to the mortuary of the government hospital in Chomu for a postmortem examination to ascertain the exact cause and time of death.

Govindgarh Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajesh Jangid revealed a critical piece of evidence was found at the scene. "A note was recovered from the scene and the case is being investigated in the light of its contents," he stated.
