CRPF Jawan Found Dead in Kathua's Hiranagar; Authorities Launch Investigation
A 26-year-old trooper from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was discovered deceased under mysterious circumstances in Hiranagar, located within Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district, on Tuesday. The incident has prompted authorities to launch a comprehensive probe to determine the exact cause and surrounding circumstances of the death.
Details of the Deceased Jawan
The deceased jawan has been identified as Prabhu Nath, hailing from Gorakhpur district in Uttar Pradesh. He was stationed at the Londi Morh Group Centre in Hiranagar as part of his CRPF duties. Officials reported that upon discovery, Nath was immediately rushed to the Ghagwal Primary Health Centre (PHC) for medical attention.
Unfortunately, doctors at the PHC declared him dead upon arrival. Following this, his body was transferred to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Kathua to conduct a post-mortem examination and complete other necessary formalities.
