"The accused does not use a mobile phone, which severely hampers our ability to track his precise location," Singh explained. "We have learned that he is addicted to marijuana, prompting us to search more than fifty parks in the vicinity."

The sequence of events began on Saturday afternoon when the uncle arrived at the victim's home. The girl was sitting outside enjoying ice cream when he lured her away with promises of buying more treats. Only her blind grandfather was present at the time, unable to prevent the abduction.
When the girl's mother returned home and realized her daughter was missing, the family initiated frantic searches throughout the neighborhood. After more than eight hours of anxiety, police informed them about a child's body discovered under a white car in Teela Mor area around 8 PM, following a Dial 112 emergency call.
