Surajpal Yadav, a resident of Rajendra Park, was walking towards Baba Prakash Puri around 8:30 AM. A speeding motorcycle approached from behind and struck him with significant force. The impact proved fatal for the elderly man.
Lokesh Yadav, a neighbor who was walking nearby, witnessed the entire incident. He immediately informed police that the motorcycle rider was driving in a rash and negligent manner. The rider did not stop to help the injured man and fled the scene immediately after the collision.
