A 50-year-old resident of Gurugram was shot dead by unidentified assailants outside the court complex in Kharkhoda, Sonepat district, on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Rajbir Singh, a native of Gurugram's Sector 56 area. According to police reports, the incident occurred around noon when Singh was exiting the court premises after attending a hearing. Two motorcycle-borne assailants fired multiple shots at him, hitting him in the chest and abdomen. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared brought dead.
