During his tour, Justice Tiwari inaugurated a newly established sub-post office at the judicial complex, a move expected to enhance administrative efficiency and convenience for court staff and visitors. He was accompanied by Kanwaljit Singh Bajwa, the District and Sessions Judge of Tarn Taran, who facilitated the inspection and discussions with local legal representatives.

The Bar Association of Patti, represented by its president Kanwaljit Singh and secretary Nakul Devgan, formally welcomed and honoured Justice Tiwari. They presented a detailed overview of the challenges faced by lawyers and other personnel working within the judicial system. Key issues highlighted included infrastructural gaps and logistical hurdles affecting daily operations.

Demand for Enhanced Security Measures

In a notable appeal, members of the Bar Association urged for the establishment of a dedicated police post at the judicial complex. This demand underscores the need for improved law and order maintenance to ensure a secure environment for all stakeholders, including judges, lawyers, and the public.

Justice Tiwari also took time to visit the Bar Association room, where he reviewed the collection of legal books and resources available. He expressed satisfaction with the library facilities, acknowledging their importance for legal research and professional development. The judge assured the association of his support in addressing their concerns and promised to escalate the matter to relevant authorities for prompt resolution.
